I had an overall great stay at this hotel with some minor hiccups that didn't overshadow the experience. The location was prime, allowing easy access to everything Chicago has to offer. While I enjoyed excellent food and memorable service in the dining area, a couple of service-related issues during room service and upon check-in were noticeable. Nonetheless, I would definitely return.
